لن اسكن فيه مره اخرى
Positive: موقعه قريب من دبي مول على بعد دقائق
موظف عبده كان جدا خلوق ومتعاون وبالخدمه له كل الشكر
Negative: انه لايوجد روم سيرفس
طلبنا فرش للصوفه بالصاله وتأخروا علينه يوم كامل
تم قطع الماء علينه اكثر من مره
تعامل سيئ جدا من شركة التنظيف

Positive: اعجبني قربه الشقة من المول
Negative: الشقة فيها رائحة كريهه، المكيفات حاره جدا بالرغم من ابلاغهم و أبلغني بأنهم سيحضرون لاصلاحه و لم يأت احد ، الاثاث متهالك جدا ، النوم غير مريح فالشقة لحرارة المكيفات ، لا يوجد مسبح للكبار الصوره لفنادق اخرى عند وصولي تم ابلاغي بأن المسبح تحت الصيانه من اسبوعين
تواصل معي شخص الصباح و اخبرته بحضروي الساعه 2 بدلا من 3 ابدى بالموافقه و عند وصولي الساعه 2 بدأو بتنظيف الغرفه
